Canine Hotel Hartland:
One of our recent commercial successes was to obtain planning permission to allow the expansion of an existing dog kennels business; aimed at the luxury market and hence the name canine hotel.
The new building houses eight dogs with the possibility of expansion in the future. The dogs will enjoy the ‘doggie lounge’ that will be equipped with a TV, sofas and chairs.
Netherby Roundswell:
The client wished to relocate an expanding precision engineering company from Roundswell into the open countryside at Netherby.
EMA Planning obtained planning permission for the relocation with the provision of a new industrial building of sufficient size to cope with the expanding business.
